ORDERING, DISPATCH & DELIVERY

 

ORDERING

We try to make the process of ordering a product from Giftedlion as straight forward as possible. You don't need to sign-up to order, all you need to do to order a product on our website is browse, choose and pay (personalised if required), that's it.

 

However, if you chose to sign-up to the site and have your own personal account then you can do so by clicking on “sign up / login” at the top of the page. There you can upload your account image, leave your personal details, credit card details as well as view your order details and history.

DISPATCH

For non-personalised products, our dispatch time is 24 hours, however if the order is placed before 2pm then it can be dispatched the same day, depending on the volume of orders at the time. For personalised products, our dispatch time is 36 hours, however if the order is placed before 2pm then it can be dispatched within 24 hours, depending on the volume of orders at the time.

 

Personalised orders might take longer if we have to contact the customer for clarification of the personalisation which is to be inserted unto the product.

 

DELIVERY

For non-personalised products, standard delivery takes between 2-4 days in mainland UK. Express and all other delivery options takes between 1-2 days in mainland UK if ordered before 2pm. For personalised products, standard delivery takes between 2-4 days, but can be up to 5 days depending on size of the product and / or free gift. Express and all other delivery options take between 2-3 days in mainland UK. Delivery to mainland Europe takes between 3-7 days depending on which delivery option is chosen.

DIGITAL PHOTOS

When digital photos are purchased then the buyer will receive a link on the 'Thank You' page of the website to download the photo after payment, an email will also be sent to the buyer which will contain a link to download the photo, the link will last for 30 days. The photo can only be downloaded once by the buyer.
