RETURN, REPLACE & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping on GiftedLion.com, we pride ourselves on supplying good quality products at reasonable prices and we hope you will be satisfied with the quality and value for money of your purchase. However, if you are not satisfied with the product/s you order because it was not as described, or you change your mind, you must inform us that you wish to cancel your order by emailing us at Giftedlion@hotmail.com within 14 days of the goods being delivered, this the 14 days ‘cooling off period’.
The product must then be returned to us within 14 days of you informing us by email, your item & any free gift which came with the purchase must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, it must also be in the original packaging which it was supplied.
Under the ‘cooling off period’ return, you are responsible for paying the cost of returning the goods including any free gift, we advise that you return the goods in appropriate packaging and by “registered or signed for post” or other official proof of posting as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.
If you return goods under the ‘cooling off period’ then you can have a refund for the cost of the goods being returned (not original postage) or you can choose a replacement item of the same value as your original goods.
Outside of the ‘cooling off period’ you also have 30 days from delivery to return defective or faulty goods and ask for repair or a replacement. Please send us an email to Giftedlion@hotmail.com informing us that you want to return your item and the reasons why. We will first try to repair the fault with the product before a replacement can be issued.
We must be able to trace your purchase for the goods being returned or proof of purchase to return your goods.
You are responsible for paying the cost of returning the faulty goods, we advise that you return the goods in appropriate packaging and by “registered or signed for post” or other official proof of posting as we are not liable for any goods lost in transit.
Once we have received your item, we will inspect it to confirm your claim, we will notify you within 2 days by email to approve or dismiss your claim. If your return is approved, we will repair the item and return it back to you free of charge. If we are unable to repair the product then we will offer a replacement of the same item.
If we do not have the same item available then we will offer a different product of the same value or a refund. If you choose to have the item/s replaced then the new item will be delivered to you for free. If we have to make a refund then we will refund the price of the product (not original delivery cost) within 5 working days in the original method of payment which was made (payment can then take up to 7 days to show up in your account).
Please Note: After 14 days of delivery (cooling off period), we will not accept a return of any product unless it develops a fault. For example if you receive a product and it is too large / big or too small, we will not accept a return as we measure & weigh each product and state the materials its made off on our website, and it is up to the buyer to decide on the suitability of the size, weight or material of the product they are ordering, by placing your order you confirm that the size, weight & material of a product is accepted by you.
